Eating Easy UG Terms and Conditions

• Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, services, and products purchased via our website or other channels provided by "Eating Easy UG". This includes, in particular, the creation of individual meal plans as well as the subscription model.

• Conclusion of Contract and Payment Terms

The contract between the customer and "Eating Easy UG" is concluded when a meal plan or subscription is booked and the corresponding payment is made. After the booking, the customer will receive a questionnaire to collect relevant information. The customer will also specify a time when they can be contacted for any follow-up questions if the questionnaire does not provide all necessary information.

The full price for the creation of the meal plan is due at the time of booking. "Eating Easy UG" will begin preparing the meal plan once the questionnaire is completed and payment has been received. The service is considered fully provided once the meal plan has been made available to the customer.

For subscriptions, payment is made monthly in advance. The customer commits to the entire contract term (3, 6, or 12 months), even if payment is made in monthly installments. Payment terms and prices are available on the website.

• Description of Services

"Eating Easy UG" offers two models:

• Single Booking:

Three options are available:

1-week trial meal plan – ideal for getting to know the concept.
2-week meal plan – for a slightly longer period to test the method and see initial results.
4-week meal plan – for more comprehensive planning that extends over an entire month.

Based on the information provided by the customer in the questionnaire, an individual meal plan will be created. If the questionnaire does not provide sufficient information, "Eating Easy UG" will contact the customer at the agreed time for follow-up questions. The meal plan will be tailored to the customer's needs and goals. Further consultations or adjustments to the meal plan are not included in the price and will be charged separately. Additional consultations are offered only subject to availability.

• Subscription:

The subscription includes:

One free adjustment of the meal plan per month: This adjustment includes changes based on new goals (e.g., muscle gain instead of fat loss), consideration of new preferences or intolerances, fine-tuning the macronutrient distribution, or replacing individual recipes.
Unlimited questions via WhatsApp: Customers can ask unlimited questions via WhatsApp during the subscription period. Responses are usually provided within 24 hours.

The services are provided monthly based on the selected contract term (3, 6, or 12 months). After the contract term expires, the subscription automatically ends without requiring cancellation.

• Prices and Payment Terms

The current prices for the creation of individual meal plans and subscriptions are available on the website. All prices are final prices. Payment for subscriptions is made monthly in advance via direct debit or credit card. The customer commits to the entire chosen contract term (3, 6, or 12 months). Early termination within the term is not possible unless there is an important reason.

• Service Adjustments

Adjustment Criteria: Significant revisions or frequent adjustments to the meal plan that go beyond the free monthly adjustment may incur additional charges.

Responsibility of the Customer: The customer is obligated to provide truthful information about their health, preferences, and intolerances to ensure optimal planning. False information may reduce the effectiveness of the plans, and "Eating Easy UG" will not be held responsible for this.

• Termination for Good Cause

An early termination of the subscription is only possible for an important reason. An important reason is particularly the inability of the customer to continue using the services due to health reasons or the inability to make payments due to financial difficulties (e.g., unforeseen financial hardship). The customer is required to provide written proof of the important reason. "Eating Easy UG" reserves the right to decide whether the stated reason is sufficient to approve early termination. Improper exploitation of this provision will not be tolerated.

• Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the EU generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by booking a meal plan or subscription, the customer expressly agrees that "Eating Easy UG" will begin providing the service (creating the meal plan) before the withdrawal period has expired. The customer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the service has been fully provided (i.e., once the meal plan has been created and delivered), in accordance with Section 356(4) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

For subscriptions: The customer may cancel the subscription within the first 14 days after the contract is concluded, unless the service has already been fully provided (i.e., the meal plan has been created and delivered). If the customer requests an adjustment to the meal plan or consultation within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal will also expire.

• Disclaimer of Liability

The advice and recommendations provided in this program do not constitute medical advice and are non-binding. Before implementing any changes to dietary or exercise habits, the customer should consult a doctor, nutritionist, or sports scientist to avoid any potential risks.

"Eating Easy UG" assumes no liability for health damages resulting from the implementation of the recommendations provided in the program. The use of the content is at the customer’s own risk. No guarantee is given for the success of the measures.

• Data Protection and Use of Content

The protection of the customer's personal data is of utmost importance to "Eating Easy UG". Personal data will be used solely for the creation of the meal plan and related communication. Furthermore, "Eating Easy UG" is entitled to use the customer's email address for marketing purposes if the customer has explicitly consented to this. Further details are outlined in the privacy policy.

The meal plans and other content are for the exclusive use of the buyer and may not be shared with third parties or used by others.

Any distribution or reproduction without our explicit written consent is prohibited.

• Copyright

All content, such as meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes created by "Eating Easy UG", is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or any other use of the content without prior written consent from "Eating Easy UG" is not permitted and will be prosecuted under copyright law.

• Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the location of "Eating Easy UG".
